Can I place my order over the phone?
At this time for UK & European orders, we can only accept online orders.

How will I know welden received my online order and when it ships?
Once you place an order with weldenbags.com, we will provide you with a confirmation number and summary of your order. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email direct from DPD that will include your tracking number. All orders are shipped via our carrier, DPD.

What if I have questions about my online order?
If you have questions about your order, please email customerservice@weldenbags.com.

How do I cancel an online order?
Welden ships most orders within 1-3 business days of the date they are placed. Orders are processed Monday through Thursday, excluding Public Holidays. Orders placed on Friday - Sunday, or on a Public Holiday will begin processing on the next business day. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us via the above email address. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

What forms of payment are accepted?
Weldenbags.com is currently accepting orders using: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal.

How will my order be delivered?
Welden UK currently ships to the UK and all territories within the EU.  Please note that Welden does not ship to PO Boxes.

How do I return an item?
We will be glad to refund any new and unused item within 30 days of receipt. Such merchandise must be in its original condition. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact Customer Service promptly and return or exchange such item within 30 days of receipt. Any items sold through our special flash sale events are final sale. 

For UK customers, returns are free of charge and you can use Royal Mail’s “pick a retailer” returns service to process the return.  Simply go to https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/pick-a-retailer and follow these simple steps:-


  1. Select Welden from the list of Retailers.
  2. Complete the next section by confirming size of box etc.
  3. Complete next section with your name, order number and return address (see below). 
  4. Print your returns label and attach it to your return.
  5. Drop off your parcel at your nearest Post Office.

For customers outside of the UK, please process your return through DPD Couriers: https://www.dpd.co.uk/ using the returns address below.   


All items must arrive within 30 days of receiving your order.

How do I receive a refund?
After your return is processed, Welden will credit the original payment method used to make your purchase. Please note that refunds may take up to a full business cycle to appear on your account. Price adjustments are only permitted on items that have been purchased within 7 days. Please note that price adjustments exclude all final sale items.
